The hotel is very conveniently located being only a 5 minute walk from the ferry dock, making it easy for onward travel.

The receptionist didn't seem to speak much English, which led to some confusion during check-in.

well, where do I start? the shower had no place for my shampoo, such a minor detail that I expected them to fix. mattresses were laughably soft – how do you even sleep on those? Also expected some special treatment for my stay. an upgrade or complimentary gesture, something! almost wrote a good review but just couldn't.
